This domain previously belonged to Members for Change. Ownership has changed. The former group does not operate this website. This is an independent critical project and is not the official website of CAPE, its NEC, Members for Change or Members United.

Facts, opinions and allegations

Factual claims are linked to original sources wherever possible. Our judgments and voting recommendations are editorial positions. Allegations require reliable sourcing and clear attribution. A verified outcome must be distinguished from the allegation itself.

Candidate listings and recommendations

Slate membership is drawn from Members United’s published roster. Listing a person here does not attribute every past NEC vote or action to them. Recommendations will be published only when choices and reasons have been approved.

A complete picture

We acknowledge support for reforms as well as disagreements. Vote results describe the people who participated, not every CAPE member. Proposals, estimates, recommendations and adopted decisions are distinct.
